Never enter dangerous locations
Do not enter abandoned, unstable, contaminated, flooded, structurally damaged or otherwise dangerous buildings or areas.
Do not trespass.
Investigate with permission
Obtain permission before investigating private property, restricted areas or locations where access is controlled.
Follow all site rules and instructions from property owners, staff or authorities.
Do not rely on the app for safety
Spirit Call™ is not a safety device, emergency service, security system or hazard detector.
Do not use investigation readings as confirmation that an environment is safe.
Electrical and environmental hazards
Do not approach exposed electrical equipment, damaged wiring, unstable structures, hazardous substances, open water, fire or other obvious hazards.
Driving and operating equipment
Do not use Spirit Call™ while driving or while operating machinery.
Personal wellbeing
If an investigation causes distress, fear, confusion or discomfort, stop the investigation and leave the area if appropriate.
