These Terms of Use govern your use of Spirit Call™.

1. Acceptance

By using Spirit Call™, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the app

Spirit Call™ is a paranormal investigation and entertainment application.

The app provides software-based investigation tools, sensor readings, communication features, investigation records and AI-assisted research.

The app does not establish that spirits, ghosts, entities or paranormal phenomena objectively exist or are present at a particular location.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Using the app lawfully
• Obtaining permission before investigating private or restricted property
• Following site rules and safety requirements
• Deciding whether an investigation is appropriate
• Assessing the results produced by the app
• Avoiding actions that could put yourself or others at risk

4. AI-generated information

AI-assisted research and generated information may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate conclusions.

You must independently verify information before relying on it for factual, historical or other important purposes.

Spirit Call™ should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

5. Paranormal results

Investigation results, sensor readings, messages, audio, generated responses and other outputs can have technical, environmental, psychological or other ordinary explanations.

You are responsible for how you interpret and communicate those results.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use Spirit Call™ to:

• Trespass
• Harass or intimidate people
• Obtain private information without permission
• Encourage dangerous activity
• Interfere with emergency services
• Break applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual property

Spirit Call™, its branding, software, graphics, text and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the app for its intended purpose but may not copy, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit the app or its protected content without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Availability

The developer may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features of Spirit Call™ where reasonably necessary.

9. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for loss, injury, property damage or other harm resulting from unsafe investigations, trespass, misuse of the app, reliance on inaccurate results, or actions taken because of paranormal or AI-generated interpretations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as Spirit Call™ develops. The latest version should be reviewed before continued use of the app.
