This Privacy Policy explains how Spirit Call™ handles information when you use the app.
1. Information stored by Spirit Call™
Spirit Call™ stores investigation information so that you can review previous investigations in the app’s Archives.
This may include:
- Investigation name
- Target location entered by the user
- Investigation date and time
- Messages or results produced during an investigation
- Other information generated as part of an investigation
This information is used to provide the app’s investigation and archive functionality.
2. Information entered by you
You control the information you enter into an investigation. Do not enter personal information about another person unless you are authorised to do so.
You should not use Spirit Call™ to collect or record information that you do not have permission to collect.
3. AI-assisted research
Spirit Call™ includes AI-assisted research functionality.
When you choose to use AI research, information required for that research may be transmitted from your device to the AI service configured for the app. This can include the selected name or term being researched and the investigation location associated with it.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete. They should not be treated as verified historical, factual, medical, legal, financial, or other professional information.
Third-party AI services may have their own privacy policies and terms. Their handling of information is governed by those services’ applicable policies.
4. Device sensors and investigation features
Spirit Call™ may use device capabilities and sensors as required by its investigation features.
Sensor readings are used to operate the investigation experience and generate investigation results. The app should not be understood as establishing that a paranormal phenomenon has occurred.
5. Location information
Spirit Call™ allows you to enter an investigation location.
The current investigation design uses the location information entered by the user as part of the investigation record and, when AI research is requested, may use that location as research context.
The app does not require you to provide a precise real-world location simply to use its core investigation interface.
6. Data sharing
Spirit Call™ does not sell your personal information.
Information may be transmitted to third-party services when a feature you actively use requires that transmission, including AI-assisted research.
The app does not intentionally share investigation information with unrelated third parties for advertising purposes.
7. Data retention and deletion
Investigation records are retained so that they can remain available in the app’s Archives.
You can remove investigation records using deletion functionality provided by the app where available.

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
